📘 What is the Scheme?

Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Rajasthan Dalit, Tribal Udyam Protsahan Yojana (BRUPY) is a Rajasthan Government initiative designed to promote entrepreneurship and economic participation of SC/ST individuals in non-agricultural sectors such as manufacturing, services, and trade.

The scheme aims to help beneficiaries start, expand, diversify, or modernize their own enterprises and become financially independent.

🎯 Scheme Objectives

Encourage self-employment and enterprise development among Dalit & Tribal communities
Increase SC/ST participation in industrial and commercial growth
Reduce dependence on agriculture and migration by providing local business support

💰 Key Benefits / Financial Support

🔹 Margin Money Subsidy

Government provides a margin money grant equal to 25% of project cost or ₹25 lakh (whichever is less).

🔹 Interest Subsidy

9% for loan amounts up to ₹25 lakh
7% for loans from ₹25 lakh to ₹5 crore
6% for loans from ₹5 crore to ₹10 crore

🔹 Other Benefits

Reserved & larger industrial land allotments for SC/ST entrepreneurs
Fee waivers on land conversion & stamp duty
Long-term SGST reimbursements for eligible units

            ✅ Who Is Eligible?
            Must be a resident of Rajasthan
Belong to Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST)
Age: 18 years or above
Not currently employed in central/state government services
Should not be a defaulter of any bank/financial institution

                    For firms/companies:
                    Minimum 51% ownership by SC/ST individuals
                

        

🏭 What Activities Are Covered?

Establishment of new enterprises
Expansion & diversification of existing businesses
Modernisation of units
Manufacturing, services & trading (excluding agriculture & allied sectors)

📝 Application & Process

Applications are submitted online via official BRUPY portal using Rajasthan SSO ID
Required documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Caste Certificate, Project Report, Enterprise registration details
For higher loan amounts (above ₹10 lakh), additional review/approval by a task force may be required
